Retha L’Ecuyer, owner and principal consultant at Organizational Solutions, has spent over 25 years in talent development—coaching and training business leaders, teams, and individuals in transition.  Whether designing or facilitating your learning and development experience, be assured it will be a personalized approach to your business’s needs.  She has helped individuals and teams meet and exceed their personal goals and organizations strengthen their leadership pipeline, improving their bottom-line results.

As a consultant, Retha is known and appreciated for her leadership and consulting experience within both small and larger organizations, spanning a variety of industries and organizations, including manufacturing, technology, financial services, healthcare, transportation, oil & gas, education services, military, municipal government, and not-for-profit.  She also served as a business and leadership professor for the Maricopa Community College (AZ) system (Glendale Community College and Rio Salado) for over a decade.

She takes sincere interest in her partners, taking great care to research the firm and industry in order to truly understand their reality, speak the language, and use real-world examples to enhance the learning and development process.

Retha received her Masters degree in Organization Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco and her B.S. in Education from Oklahoma State University. She is a certified Coach, Master Trainer, Consultant, and Licensed Partner with Development Dimensions International (DDI). Retha also holds certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Instrument (SDI), and Outdoor Adventure / Ropes Facilitation for Wilson Learning. She can facilitate virtual meetings and training courses using various videoconferencing software, including Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts, Webex, and Skype. Retha has also worked with several Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone, Canvas, and Blackboard.

Retha has always found time to volunteer her time and talents with a variety of civic, faith, and educational groups, including Junior Achievement, Ben’s Bells, US Olympics, and Hospice. She resides in Arizona and in her free time, enjoys pickleball, golf and kayaking.
